  • How thick is the paper and card you use for your products?

    • Invites / Writing sets are printed on quality 160gsm paper or the upgrade card of 300gsm.
      Thank You and Birthday Cards – 350gsm Card
      Placemats/Reward Charts/Pad Covers – 350gsm Card then encapsulated in plastic.
      Wrapping Paper – 100gsm
  • What size is the product?

    • Most of our products come in three sizes – A5, A4 & A3. All our envelopes are A6 apart from the Birthday Card Envelope which is A5.
  • What is wiro bound?

    • This is the metal wire on the sides of the Pads.
  • How do I personalise my product?

    • Personalisation is easy. Simply select the product you want and click on the thumbnail of the image. This will bring up a box to type your personalised details in. Simply click ‘Apply’ and it will show you how your item will look.
      Where an item cannot be personalised e.g. Gift Wrap, it will not have any personalisation box.
  • Do you provide blank items for me to fill in by hand?

    • Yes, if you would like the item blank then do not complete the personalise text box.
  • What size and colour are the envelopes?

    • All our envelopes are high quality which envelopes. All are supplied A6 Size excluding the A5 Birthday Card envelope.
  • Are envelopes provided?

    • Yes, envelopes are provided for all our products where stated and required.
  • Wholesale purchasing, want to order more than 10 different items?

    • Please contact us at info@papergekko.co.uk or and we will be happy to discuss large or specialist quantities with you.
  • What format is the date and time on the invites?

    • As you input this in the text box yourself it will be printed exactly as you type it.
  • What is the order process?

    • Confirmation - After you have placed your order you will receive an email Order Confirmation.

      **Please check this for all spellings of your personalised products and contact us if you need to amend as we cannot do this at a later date**

      Processing - When your order is received by us it will be processed in our factory – Normally 2-3 days unless Next Day Delivery is selected.

      Dispatched – You will receive an email when your order has left our factory and by what delivery method.

  • What if I’m not happy with my product?

    • Customer experience and satisfaction is our main priority. We want you to love your items as much as we do.

      We offer 100% satisfaction, so if your order is faulty or wrong on our behalf we will offer a full refund or replacement.

      Returns of personalised products

      After you receive your email Order Confirmation please check this carefully for any spelling mistakes or typing errors written by you whilst completing the personalisation part of the order.

      It is your responsibility to check ALL personalisation details at this stage as we cannot alter the order after this. If you notice a mistake contact us straight away by phone 01332 227911 or email info@papergekko.co.uk and we can make the necessary changes. After this time we cannot change the order.

  • How can I contact you?

  • I missed a different item off my order, can I add to it?

    • Sure, drop us an email or call and we can add to the order. NOTE – We can only add a new product to an existing order, we cannot change quantities or add new personalisation details to an existing order.

      If the new item changes delivery weight we may have to charge you extra for delivery (but we will try our hardest not to!).

  • Delivery of my items

    • We send all our items by Royal Mail 48 and any Next Day or Special Deliveries by Courier.

      We strive for all of our UK deliveries to arrive within 2-3 days or sometimes sooner. Unfortunately some orders can take up to 5-7 days. Please allow as much time as possible when ordering (eg 5-7 days of personalised items) for your items. It is better for a card to arrive a few days early than one day late, and you can never send kid’s party invites out too early! If your order has not arrived after three days PLEASE call us. We would rather send you replacement items than leave you (and your kids) disappointed.

      Courier items will delivered between the hours of 7.30am – 6pm, if no-one is in a calling card will be left for you to arrange an alternative delivery.

      Next Day Orders must be completed by 12 noon for Next Day Delivery.

      The Royal Mail advise us that 90% of first class post in the UK will arrive the following day, unfortunately the other 10% can take up to 3 days.
