The Princess

The Princess

The Princess and her purple horse

The Princess felt glum today, it was the weekend and there was no Princess school to attend, she was getting bored.

The Princess wanted to go somewhere exciting. “Where can we go?” Said the Princess to her favourite purple horse.

“I know,” said the horse “Get in your carriage and I will take you on an adventure but, we can’t tell anyone”

The Princess was so excited; she was really good at keeping secrets.

The Princess quickly got changed in to her favourite Princess dress and picked up her favourite crown. She was ready for their adventure and wondered where they would be going.

The purple horse knew what would make the princess happy but it was going to be a very long journey. To make sure the Princess would be entertained along the way the purple horse told her lots of stories about when he was a little pony. The Princess loved hearing all the stories and before they knew it they had arrived at their destination. They had gone all the way to the Princesses favourite cake shop.

“Wowee!” said the Princess, she was so happy and she ran inside as fast as she could. There were lots of cakes inside, pink ones, purple ones, red ones and even some covered in glitter. There were so many cakes it took the Princess hours to look around.

The purple horse started to neigh “Quick!” said the purple horse, “We need to get home before dinner time” The Princess jumped back in her carriage ready for the journey home. “Don’t forget, we can’t tell anyone where we have been today”

The Princess promised to keep their adventure a secret and smiled as she put a pink glittery cake in her Princess bag.
By the time they got home the Princess was so worn out from her adventure she had fallen asleep in the back of the carriage with cake on her nose.

The purple horse, woke her up gently and licked her nose, he didn’t want to get caught.

The Princess loved her adventure and thanked her purple horse with a purple cake she had bought for him, he took it back to his barn and hoped no one would see.

The Princess ate all her dinner that night, she didn’t want anyone to know where she had been with her favourite purple horse and hoped he would take her again one day.
